  • CPU versus GPU

As you know, it is possible to mine with your CPU but it is also possible to mine with your GPU (graphic card), or both at the same time. GPU is more efficient because it contains a lot of "cores" and can make huge parallel calculations. Of course, some algorithms like SHA256D, SCRYPT, X11 have ability to be mine with ASIC miner, dedicated device for this task only.

I had fun doing a little comparative table between cpuminer-opt and ccminer. All algorithms weren't testable.

For now, the system in place is good and no need to be change. In addition, members can land on spawn(s) freely, without decreasing the counter. Is enough.

  • ICO: Bananacoin

ICO are usually only air and end up in water. But this project seems serious and has good press. The company already exists and is looking to expand using cryptocoins (ETH token). The company is an banana plantation (no pesticide) established for climatic reasons in Laos, their production is mainly destined for China, their biggest consumer.
